Standard delivery timelines across Pakistan range between 3 to 5 business days after the package has been officially dispatched from our facility.

During high-volume periods, major shopping festivals, or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays. We appreciate your patience during such unexpected instances.
Shipping Charges:

We offer standard Free Shipping across Pakistan on specific promotional campaigns or orders meeting designated cart thresholds.

Standard fixed shipping fees apply to all other domestic orders and will be dynamically displayed during checkout before final payment confirmation.
Order Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to our official third-party courier partner, an automated shipment notification containing a unique tracking ID will be dispatched via email or SMS text message. You can use this ID to monitor your package journey in real time.
Undelivered Packages: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two distinct times at your provided destination address. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be sent back to our main warehouse. Re-shipping such returned orders requires upfront processing and shipping fees paid in advance.
