  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition as received.

  • All original tags, labels, and documentation must remain intact and attached to the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons. These include clearance or flash sale items, customized or personalized orders, and specific personal care/intimate accessories. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on its specific product description page.

Return and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these formal steps:

  • Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within the designated 7-day period. Provide your complete full name, correct order number, and a clear description of the reason for your request.

  • Attach high-resolution photos or a brief video showing the issue if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Once our dedicated quality control team reviews and officially approves your claim, you will be requested to ship the package back to our official fulfillment warehouse center.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are entirely non-refundable.

Refund Management: Once your returned package is safely received at our facility and passes our meticulous physical quality checks, we will send an official notification regarding approval or rejection. Approved claims will be processed promptly. Refunds are strictly executed via secure Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 to 7 business days.
